In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during delivery, please follow the following steps for a solution.

Steps To Return Artwork

If your artwork is delivered to you damaged, immediately notify us at support@artaccessasia.com and follow these steps.

  1. Keep the original packaging and do not throw it away.
  2. Take pictures of the damaged artwork and packaging and e-mail it to support@artaccessasia.com
  3. We will be contacting you via e-mail with instructions and follow up steps to have the artwork collected and returned to us.
