Original Masterpieces Return Policy

14 Day Return Period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may decide to return the artwork in its original condition for a refund within 14 days after receiving your artwork. Please note that the 14 day period is inclusive of the day you receive your artwork.

An example of a 14 day period: I receive the artwork on the 1st of January. If I decide to return the product, I must ship it back by the 14th of January. I would not qualify for a refund if I return the artwork from the 15th of January onwards.

Steps For Returning Artwork

To qualify for a refund, you must follow the following steps and ship the product within the 14 day period.

Step 1 : E-mail support@artaccessasia.com and provide us with your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork.

Step 2: Upon receiving your e-mail, we will reply you with a confirmation and returning instructions. Please use the original packaging which was provided to you to repackage the artwork. If it is no longer available, you would need to purchase similar packaging materials and repackage the art piece yourself.

Step 3: After packaging the item, please ship the artwork to us and notify us through e-mail at support@artaccessasia.com that you have done so.

Special Conditions To Qualify For Returns

We will only accept returns for Original Masterpieces if:

    • Frame It Yourself Kit has not been punctured with staples (If art piece is bundled with Frame It Yourself Kit).
    • The artwork and frame (If art piece is bundled with Frame It Yourself Kit) is in its original state and packaging.
    • Return is made within 14 day return period.

Additional Notes

  1. If the return is due to the artwork being misrepresented and the artwork you received is distinctly different from the description on the website, we will be responsible for shipping costs.
  2. If the artwork you received is similar to the description on the website, and the reason for return is due to buyer remorse or a change of heart, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
